General

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to join Lay104.
  2. Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which you are located or residing (Including the United States) If so, you are responsible for any gaming activity and you are also responsible for ensuring that you are not contravening any law or legislature prohibiting gaming online.
  3. Customers must not misrepresent themselves when providing information in the customer sign up form in order to establish a wagering account. Lay104 relies upon the information provided by the player and is not responsible for any type of misrepresentation by the customer.
  4. Lay104 reserves the rights to cancel any wager made on a bad line or wager after the event started.
  5. Lay104 may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager made on its service.
  6. Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
  7. Any payoffs, regulations, and rules are subject to change and revision by Lay104 without prior written notice.
  8. All wagers and transactions are to be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Persons residing in Costa Rica are prohibited from becoming a member of Lay104.
  9. Maximum Payout on ANY wager is $40,000 or 200 to 1.

Wagering

  1. All futures wagering (example, World Series Winner, total season loses, ect.), the winner as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the winner for betting purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the future to have "action" has not been completed.
  2. Maximum and minimum wager amounts on all sporting events are determined by Lay104 subject to change without prior notice. Lay104 reserves the right to adjust limits on players accounts at anytime.
  3. Please note although we offer many EXOTICS these can not be used in parlays, the computer should block these. However, in the event they do NOT they will be considered NO-ACTION whether they WIN or LOSE
  4. READ BACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, the client must re-confirm wagers. If the client confirms a read back where the clerk has made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the read back.
  5. No claims on Internet made wagers.
  6. If wagering on Overtime, your wager is for the complete Overtime Period(s) & will usually be a Money line proposition
  7. If a player does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties it is the players responsibility to call back to receive confirmation of wagers.
  8. Clients Betting on Correlated parlays run the risk of having funds deducted from the account. Balances and this can & will be done via mgmt here at Lay104 on an Individual Basis. If you wager these type parlays, you are playing at your own risk. This includes any N.H.L Parlays where the Puck line is correlated to the total (if 6 or less)
  9. Money lines Over -400 will NOT count towards 6x Rollover Requirement.
  10. Regardless of your normal betting limits, all live In-Game wagers will have a maximum of $1,000 per play
  11. Under no circumstances will Internet posted wagers be deleted. All Internet wagers are Final.
  12. Maximum withdrawal per 90-Day period is $25,000

Depositing / Withdrawing

  1. There are no bonuses at Lay104 because we offer the lowest juice available anywhere. And please be aware Lay104 will pick up all incoming fees, but charge the client $45 Processing fee as well as cost to send the funds upon cashing out. (Applies to Deposits $3,000 and up) The exact rule applies to any and all credit accounts.
  2. Any agents requesting withdrawal from there agent acct or credit player's requesting withdrawals will be subject to $45 processing fee as well as fees for sending. There will also be service fees tact on for any Book to Book Transfers.
  3. Lay104 will pay for 100% of all incoming fees on deposits $3,000 or more and we offer one free cash out per month (assuming initial deposit of $500) per acct if additional' cash out is required a $45 Processing fee will be charged + fees for sending. Contest winners are not eligible for the one free cash out per calendar month.
  4. Customers sending funds via Moneybookers, please note we will fund your acct after moneybookers confirms the funds received. But are subject to the service fees that our bank charges. Although we do accept Moneybookers we will only fund the amount that our bank funds.
  5. There are no rollovers, because there are no bonuses here.
  6. Customers wishing to fund their account via a Book-2-Book Transfer trough BETCRIS or Bookmaker will not have a rollover requirement. All other book transfers will be subject to a 2x Rollover.
  7. If funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Lay104 of the error without delay. Unless notified by Lay104, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.
  8. Customers receiving "reduced" juice programs will be asked to wait a minimum of 14 business days before making withdraw from there account. (This will be judged by management & will be done so on a case by case basis and withdraw fees will apply.)
  9. In lieu of many clients taking advantage of our fast same day withdrawals, we have a new policy in place. You can still withdrawal up to $2,999 per day but there will be a 14 business day waiting period from your initial deposit, before obtaining a free same day cash out.
  10. Please Note, we offer 1 free cash out per every 30 calendar days

Scoring

  1. All wagers placed on Lay104's service will be graded after the contest is final.
  2. Winner of any event will be determined on the date of the events final conclusion; Lay104 will not recognize protested games or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport.
  3. All Lay104 members are responsible for their own account transactions when wagering on the Internet. Make sure you review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once the transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. Lay104 does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers.
  4. Professional and College Football Games are Official after 55 minutes of play.

Agents

  1. All agent accounts will be subject to a $25 weekly maintenance charge for all accounts inactive per week of service.
  2. If any agent accounts are suspended due to negative balance, a $25 reactivation fee will be charged to their account.

Baseball

  1. In regards to MLB Length of Game, The game must go 9 full innings (or 8.5 if home team winning) any rain delay in excess of 10 min AFTER 1st-Pitch will result in NO-ACTION.
  2. Do to many of the world baseball games having the 'Mercy" rule in effect, many games will not go the full 9 innings. Therefore if they play 6-full innings the totals will result in "Action"

Soccer

  1. When wagering on Soccer, please note only 90-min plus Injury Time is Included for Gambling Purposes (Overtimes OR Penalty Kicks will not count regarding wagering)

Horses

  1. Horse wagers will be paid track odds with a cap of $32.00 $16.00 and $8.00 meaning max pay-off on $2 ticket will be $32.00 for win $16.00 place and $8.00 show. 100:1 MAX payout all Exotics (Exactas, Trifectas, Daily Doubles, etc...
  2. (Note scratches will result in some tracks NOT paying show tickets)

Tennis

  1. Two full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for head to head match-up wagers to stand. Otherwise, wagers will be canceled and all money will be refunded.
  2. Wagers placed on match-ups WILL have action even if the match is postponed (due to weather) and completed on a later date.
  3. Like other similar types of contests, you may wager on a player to win a tournament at fixed odds.
  4. Tournament wagers are considered "All-In." Refunds are not given if a player withdraws.

Free Plays

  1. Although we do NOT restrict Free Plays to only -110 straight wagers. There will be a Max of 4-1 (or +400) on ALL Free Plays given @ Lay104.
  2. Each client can only be granted one-free play per 6 months. Any clients taking more than one free play in 6 month period will be subject to losing any and all winnings that resulted from these free plays

Contests

  1. Note that only one contest per calandar year may an acct holder WIN. If a 2nd or 3rd is won the prize can and will be forfeited.
